Supplements are shit, just eat fish (cod, sardines, etc).
K2 is practically non-existent in fish, that should tell you that this is synthetic poison.

Better to buy them separately(they have diffrent time when they are best to use), but using supplementation is vital, especially in puberty age

Seems abt right but if he is in some kind of deficite/proficite (you wont really know untill you check it), it could be bad
So take the bloodwork, if something really is bad go to the doctor, if everything it tact check with grok/gemini/other gpt for him to anylyze and say safe doses for his goals

Well all vitamins are good, but I'm guessing you're under the assumption that these will make your bones grow, which isn't gonna happen.

in theory vitamin d3, taken alongside with a high calcium diet and protocols of stressing your bones will help them grow, i did this as an experiment and it defo worked

How long was your experiment?

How long was your experiment?
It was divided into 2+1 parts
First minor: only bonesmashing (1 month)

First real one: 2 month with only supplements of vit d3 no focus into calcium or anything and no bonesmashing (1,5 moths)

Second part: same supplements + adequate calcium and bonemsamashing ( 1 month)

Results: first part was a foul = barely results only inflamation
Second part = very minor minor minor results in bone growth ( still a no but better)
Third part= all that combined created the best conditions for bone growth ( some little results but permanent, they were visible only if you really paid attention but it has to be considered that the time was a little short)

Final deduction= you need to create the best conditions to achieve real growth from a simple supplement
~ also over dose ( 3/4000 ui per day) If you do more it will only be toxic for your artheries and not worth it because of your body eliminating the execess

English isn’t my first language so pardon me
