scrambled eggs cooked with butter for breakfast various fruits to snack on throughout the day and searching up a recipe for chicken or steak online for dinner and only drinking water

I've been doing this the last couple days and it's not difficult to maintain, tonight I will begin gymcelling and I'm wondering if this diet is optimal for fat loss and muscle growth, I am 6'3 190 lbs and around 17% bf

Consume organs and dairy. Don't eat too much fruit, its simply natural fructose and glucose. Don't drink too much water, as long as you consume enough fruit / dairy you can hydrate yourself better.

I've only ever had cow liver since it's pretty easy to come by, though I am looking into heart. You can drink raw or pasteurized milk (the difference is minimal) just make sure its A2 dairy and not A1.

Think of organs as a supplemental food, they aren't really full meals. For me, I have a couple bites of liver in the morning since it is extremely nutrient dense. Chicken / meat (i.e. ground beef, beef tenderloin, etc) should be your meals. I don't eat chicken since red meat is superior in every way, but you can have chicken asw.

High iq I can’t get my hands on cow liver where I live and my family eats chicken like crazy

Wish I could get organs and red meat from a butcher
