(Just saying I haven't done a lot of research only surface level ) So essentially the diet that I follow consists of 80 percent red meat(cooked) and organs, 20 percent dairy, eggs, and poultry. I was wondering if anyone has the knowledge to be able to determine how close to optimal this diet is during puberty and whether or not any major changes should be made.

what about it isnt optimal if you dont mind me asking

Mainly due to fibre, micronutrient diversity, and carbohydrate availability for the energy demands of pubescent growth.

What would be somewhat optimal, from what the evidence points from numerous studies, would just be a diet structured around lean and fatty animal proteins (which your diet does) + complex carbohydrates from whole grains and legumes for sustained glucose availability during rapid tissue synthesis + a wide micronutrient spread from vegetables and fruit (particularly folate, vitamin C, and potassium, which red meat and organs barely cover)

I would say organs organs are genuinely good. Liver's retinol and B12 load is hard to beat. But 80% red meat is just absurd, especially for puberty.

You're ed.

This hits most of your macros but there is basically no vitamin C also magnesium and vitamin E levels are not going to be optimal so I recommend throwing in an orange here an there for vitamin C and some nuts for vitamin E and magnesium, you can also take vitamin C or magnesium Supplements they are very cheap and can be found anywhere. These changes would also increase your fibre intake and help with digestion.

Also important note:
You mentioned that you eat organ meats and that's great but for liver specifically i wouldn't recommend eating it more than 3 times a week consistently because it's extremely dense in vitamin A and high amounts of it can be toxic.

High amounts of vitamin A could cause liver stress, joint pain, dryness and fatigue. Even worse if you are on accutane since it's a vitamin A derived drug.

Hope this helped funny bunny 🐰

For puberty you should eat more diary and also include more seafood for Omega-3s and minerals like iodine, magnesium and others. You should include some fruit, best being oranges and citrus, Pinapple (paired with cheese and raw honey to grow bones), berries, etc. and eat raw honey. For adolescence you should also try to include starchy tubers such as sweet potato but not too frequently (although it isn't that important). make sure you are eating enough fat to sustain your energy, especially if you are an athlete. But mainly, focus on increasing dairy intake (espeically butter and cheese fr d3 and k2), seafood, honey, and some fruit. For teh fruit, you don't need to be excessive like those tik tok tables with 20 different pieces, 1 or 2 is enough. But mainly, eat what your body craves, in its natural state.
But don't take everything you see word for word, research more. I would suggest to start at the prmal diet of Aajonus Vonderplanitz.
