(Just saying I haven't done a lot of research only surface level ) So essentially the diet that I follow consists of 80 percent red meat(cooked) and organs, 20 percent dairy, eggs, and poultry. I was wondering if anyone has the knowledge to be able to determine how close to optimal this diet is during puberty and whether or not any major changes should be made.
