i consume 2 pounds of ground beef, 20 eggs, and 3/4 of a gallon of milk a week. i’m 15 in puberty will this help my bone mass? been doing it for about a month and a half i’m shitting bricks

its a good diet however instead of consuming burnt beef, u should eat rare steak. also try including organs. and drink more milk, i drink 2 liters daily but raw is better
 
yes, eggs are high in K2 which synthesises calcium from the milk to allow for better coagulation

Eat more kcal of carbs like rice, potatoes etc
