Is this gym routine with 2 times neck a good routine for beginners like me?

I am planning to start doing this soon.
Should i start working my neck with forward head posture or should i first fix forward head posture?

BUT GUYSSSS IS THIS A GOOD ROUTINE?

start with full body 3x/week. focus on the fundamentals(OHP, deadlift, squat, bench press, row) learn them and when you become better do ppl 6x/week

thankyou!! :)

Stupid don't know shit about anatomy. You have to stop motion with your head straight with the body. If your heads go lower than the bench you'll hurt yourself. Little range of movement, light weight, lot of reps.

One time a week is enough at first. Your neck will work on every compound exercise.

I don't know, but this exercises probably help you fixing your FHP. Go with no weight and if it hurts stop.

You should do OHP, deadlift, squat, a thousand times without weight before you start adding any weight, just to get the perfect posture.
