Did you read about the dude on jawsurgeryforums? He had Dr. Sinn do his and it was only $17k. He had the midface separated from the jaw, though, and didn't have the jaw advanced.

But are you actually? You talk about it, but dont even have consultations lined up. Getting lefort 3 is, based off what I've read in this forum, a major, major surgery. Bimax is already risky (not for health reasons, but not getting a good result aesthetically) and you just assume you can go to cheap surgeons and get your face split open with no potential consequences and become normal looking. Idk man.
