Is tretinoin/retin a bad for facial bones?

Read a post saying that retin a thins bones. Am having second thoughts on using it now as I don't want my facial bones to be thinned.

Yea true, but I did some more researching and apparently excessive vitamin a weakens bones, so it is plausible for retin a(derived from vitamin a) to thin facial bones.

theres a huge difference between taking excessive amounts of vitamin A orally, or applying it topically. I know the studies you are talking about and from what I remember they were ultra-megadosing oral vitamin A with farm animals. It's impossible to compare to topical vit a lmao.
