As far as I know the area under the eye is the place where fillers can most easily migrate. Right downwards cause of gravity, and since it is the place with least amount of tissue already existing.
One should certainly be careful with the amount injected under the eye, but should one actually not inject there at all? I really don't want fillers migrating downwards below the under eye area, which would eventuate the hollow look under the eyes.
I guess one could counter this with dissolving the filler every time one is about to inject new filler into the area as a way of maintaining.
