I see so many ppl showing that it opens up veins and arteries that were once blocked

How the hell can you know, “vegan low fat” that only tells you there is no meat or eggs and not much fat. That diet could be anything beyond that. If your veins and arteries are blocked the problem isnt that you get too much fat in your diet or you eat the wrong amount of meat, its that you are inactive so your veins constrict and you eat a bunch of shit that clogs up your veins.

It's good for reversing issues related to high cholesterol, obesity, and insulin resistance, but not much else. Vegan HCLF is one of the easiest diets for losing weight. Not good for much else, though.

The problem with vegan diet, if eating mainly grains(apart from white rice), is the calcium to phosphorus ratio. If you don't get enough calcium and vitamin d consistently, parathyroid hormone will increase, which in the long run will cause soft tissue calcification. Unless you supplement calcium to get 1:1 calcium: phosphorus ratio, then hclf vegan diet can work. There are other concerns as well, such as nutrient bioavailability, pesticides, preparation etc.

More effective methods to clean arteries:
Vitamin C + lysine + proline (Dr Linus Pauling method).

Glycine, taurine, magnesium, K2 MK4, niacin, vitamin a, MMS, progesterone, vitamin E, Serrapeptase, and Chondroitin Sulfate.


Increasing co2 in blood and lungs (buteyko breathing or using frolov) will help the entire body in working more effectively to remove crap in arteries, and prevent atherosclerosis. There are 150 diseases that are caused by low body co2 in lungs and blood.

yeah and its more than this. if you want to keep yourself alive on a vegan diet you will have to buy half a pharmacy for critical supplements that you miss.
