i have clear skin but there are some dark spots i thought vit c lay help, what do you suggest i apply, something over the counter because i these bluepilled derms don't prescribe shitI coped for 2 years with OTC garbage to fix my acne and scars. None of it worked. Its all garbage. (Tranexamic acid worked but not to the extent of it giving me clear skin). I used accutane and got Q laser around 4 times and C02 fractional once and it worked. I almost have clear skin now. (touchwood). I also used hydroquinone 4% to fix some dark spots. For pink spots, Brimonidine (short term) and tranexamic acid combined with laser works the best
Im gonna be honest, nothing otc really worked for my dark spots. Name any chemical and Ive probably used it for a month or 2 and still gotten minimal results. The only thing that worked for my dark spots was hydroquinone 4%. But, one of my 'friend' got good results with Vit c, so you might want to try that. I still recommend going for hydroquinone, if a doctor doesn't prescribe it, try sourcing it from somewhere.i have clear skin but there are some dark spots i thought vit c lay help, what do you suggest i apply, something over the counter because i these bluepilled derms don't prescribe shit

should i use at morning or night ?Yes, it is worth it. C+E serum from timeless or skinceuticals. Before sunscreen. SPF lasts 3 hours or so before it needs to get reapplied, and most people don't apply enough and UVA still gets through. CE destroys the UVA particles after they have entered your skin.
To one extent, people claim it can help with skin brightening etc. but the longer term consistent use benefit is that your skin will look much better for longer as it will aid not in collagen production but act against for the aforementioned reason, collagen breakdown. Single best serum to apply to face. It's unlikely to make you look "better" in a month or a year, it's not like you'll get people in 3 years going up to you saying "what's your secret to your beautiful glass skin" and you give them a wry smile and say "maybe I'm born with it, maybe it vitamin c'. But if you're using it consistently with SPF over the year by the time you're 30-40 you'll be standing out significantly from the crowd and look years younger than your age.
you can do both, but the whole point of it is in the morning before suncream for UVA/collagen reasons.should i use at morning or night ?
