it does make Bizygomatic width increase its been proven by people on thegreatwork, Won Moon's papers at UCLA and Ronald Eads results

who said it doesn't increase width? if ur suture splits successfully (which it will since ur under 20 years old), MSE will 100% increase ur width

When you say tight, do you mean yr turbinates pretty much stuck together and/or swollen? and when you say clean, do you have to constantly use nasal spray? or humidifier? or (breathing) vaporizer?

things to consider:
also have you been checked for polyps?
do you have deviated septum? (large amount of ppl r deviated tbh so its a matter of degree of how much, and how that affects breathing, for example i am still deviated w slight bone spur postmse but it no longer effects breathing and can breath perfectly thru nose)

Are you already wide bizygomatically?
how is your ES Ratio?

yeah i got deviated septum genetically, my mom and sister got it too so that may be a case however my nose is also thin so idk

about es ratio and bizygoma

thats the case thats what i need the most my biggest failo from front is lack of wideness in my zygoma and es ratio of ąround 1.7 but i calculated in paint so

thats what i need to fix or my whole looksmaxing journey will become one big cope i was literally considering zygo implants after bimax

if youre narrow bizygomatically and you cant breath nasally, and you dont have polyps, then maybe consider MSE w reverse pull head gear wearing 24/7 if possible while also hard mewing...

but talk to yr mse provider at length about your goals and what are your options, how much you want to expand how mse will affect balance of your face...(if you feel that its necessary to get yr provider to take you more seriously, get yr parents involved, ask hella questions, take notes, repeat your doctors words back to them, as doctors sometimes say things that arent completely true since mse is still "experimental" )

if your gonna do bimax later anyway, dont over expand unless necessary, and also dont expect to breath perfectly right away since expansion causes alot of inflammation (when I had expanded almost 7-8mms i still had trouble breathing due to inflammation)
