Lot of threads on here, I feel, are not holistic enough.
There are also some concerns people have like depression (of which meta-analyses show that there is no inherent increase of such in isotretinoin users, but there is a decrease 2 to 4 years post-use).

im on iso rn and for now ive only had as side effects dry lips, and dry skin around mouth and nose plus nostrils, skin feels softer tho less shitty, even tho all acne is coming out rn
