I've been on 40mg/day for 10 months. trying to reach 250mg/kg and the joint pain i get in my neck is pretty fucking bad, walking anywhere is painful as shit bc my achilles tendon hurts after a few km and shoulder joints also hurt like hell when standing. thank god im working remotely. does anyone have experience with this or how to make it better? i guess there's no real way to make this better, just gotta push through the pain

FYI its my second course and i dont wanna deal with it again, the optimal dose for dudes like me is between 220mg/kg and 250mg/kg

I recommend either lowering your dose or taking joint pain meds like a goy.

What's your diet like?

Doctors refuse to help with most shit.
