You can only get fat transfers (lol), shitty Eppleymaxxed wrap-around implants that rice out your entire skull, or extreme osteotomies like LF3 and OBO that most surgeons won't even consider giving to non-deformed patients (so you have to pay 100k to someone like Steinbacher or go to a third world country and gamble with your life and eyesight).

Absolutely brutal.
