I shit you not last week I was 240

Now I'm in total 252

I'm getting dnp my appetite is terrible

Ever since that 14k binge eating yesterday

I've been taking shits every hour

Guys when you have kids please dont let them get OBESE

It's over for me since the start I was a fat fuck and now my body adapted to eating g alot for all my life.

Please always remember my advise when U have a kid never and I mean NEVER let them get fucking fat.

The most I did was 10k with junk and gained 10 lbs after that
fasted drank a shit ton of coffee and potassium the following days my weight was only up about 2-3 lbs

just use a light dosage of clen, start smoking, and drink sugar free redbulls. Also start running everyday and youll go from fatcell to regular in like 6 months

I was chubby growing up, but when I started doing lots of sports and dieting in my teens, I stopped wanting to eat a lot and my appetite decreased quite a lot. I think I may have altered the Ghrelin and leptin feedback loop.
