lift heavy and train hard pretty much, 4-6 reps and like 1-2 sets is ideal
and to failure

do what you want it’s your choice but

technically 2 reps in reserve will achieve the same growth as failure and failure will just fatigue you more but…fatigue is for niggers

lots of risks doing LL in india. The idea of breaking legs to be taller isn't worth it for foids even. Gonna earn, geomax to LA and sleep with hazel moore after paying $2500 for an hour with the goddess.
