I don't know how guys can even handle it. I'm 6'2" and when I see a 5'7" I almost laugh but then remember the pain they've been through and I feel bad for them. If you're that height literally no one respects you, even if you're smart and built. Just everyone looking down on you and being constantly rejected just based on an unchangeable feature must be brutal. Your height can also be brought up if you try to insult someone (*says something* reply: "BUT YOURE 5'7"", *everyone laughs at you*). I am 5'8, my mom/sister (14y)/grandma are 5'7 and my father and his brothers are 6tf and the males form my mom's part are pretty much 5'10 (even though my cousin from that part is 6'3)

so I am the shortest male in my family, which begs the question if it is really genetics as I have also been the member of the family which had the worst diet (my parents fault) and was also the most build at 16 (my legs were already super strong)

back to the point, my ex petty much resumes it really well "I love you even though you're short", she was about 5'6 so pretty much bellow my family's height for females. I have also been could short by few partners I had, including the 5'1,6/10,cannabis-consumer and low IQ girl that I am almost dating (but I am not actually sure if things will go right). so in relationships and dating in general, it sucks

professionally thought, I have already been invited by the top manager to be a low tier manager without having any degree (I am still studying) or labour experience (I literally worked there for 3 weeks doing a physical job). these low tier managers were ALL above 6ft with the exception of females and 2 males (in about 40 male managers in all the warehouses there). I do not know why but in some cases people assume I am a leader without having the necessary height. in school they eventually choose someone that is less intelligent but its more sociable (in other words prettier and/or taller) but in my jobs I have had many opportunities which I did not accept due to my priorities in uni.

So I think that if you are 5'8 and you have certain facial features people might give you opportunities to be a leader. just look at the Ukrainian president.
