An abdominal ultrasound picked up 4 abnormal spots in my liver, and a blood test showed my kidney function is declining.

More detailed imaging like an abdominal MRI or CT scan is needed to see exactly what they are, but I'm pretty damn sure its cancer. I'm a young guy, so the doctor seemed hesitant to come right out and say it, like he's trying to give me hope or something.

It's over for me boyos...

Further testing is needed, an ultrasound isn't good enough to confirm cancer usually. So I'll need an MRI or CT scan.

But what else could 4 growths in my liver be? The doctor says to hang on and not worry, might be something else, or something benign. But the fact I could hear the hesitance in his voice makes me think he knows it's not good. Something benign doesn't fuck with your kidney and liver function.
