It’s safe to think topical Minoxidil, here's why

i dont really know, I stopped when going on vacation and going on vacation is cheat code to debloat.
on vacation i eat a metric tone of food daily lol.

i’m gonna try stopping and see if i keep gains and lose bloat cos looking back at photos a year ago when i didn’t use oral minox, and eating like shit, at the same or slightly higher bf, my face looked less puffy then now. now i’m leaner, way better diet so i think it’s caused by minox.

u did notice bloat/puffy when u started tho right?

It worked, I did stop doing it after 2 months because of how bloated it makes you. But I did grow my eyebrows, eyelashes and a little more facial hair
you should take a diuretic if you use oral minoxidil.

yeah just stop taking that shit honestly
i’ll stick to dye tbh.
i’ll discontinue use. hopefully bloat drops quick

Could I still drink this one even though the instructions say to put onto hair, I can't find any topical minoxidil or oral minoxidil in Australia.

No, i personally wouldn’t. What’s your goal with it? I can share my routine & experience so far.

yeah please do, goal is to basically increase hair growth in eyebrows and eyelashes and hairline. Also can you recommend where you got yours from.

Oral minoxidil works for hair growth, but the side effects often outweigh the benefits.

I use castor oil and foam minoxidil on my eyebrows, along with dermarolling 2-3 times a week, and castor oil alone on my eyelashes with good results.

If your eyelashes are very short, consider Latisse or Bimatoprost (though they can cause side effects like orbital fat loss). Some users report topical minoxidil dripping from eyebrows to eyelashes, leading to growth, so there’s that option as well.

I buy mine from Chemist Warehouse, likely one of the only minoxidil suppliers in Australia.

facial bloat a common side from oral min?

I can’t say from personal experience since I haven’t used it, but I believe it can happen. From what I understand, though, it’s not a very common side effect.
