he got botox and filler in 2016 and also gained weight in 2019 and beyond.

But if you want advice, stay lean and fit, if you're lean at a bmi of 24 and over you will have some masculine mass and reap the benefits from being lean. Leanness makes you look younger. A tan also makes you look younger and healthier, though it's said to accelerate aging.

Other tips, avoid drugs, alcohol, smoking, sleep deprivation and becoming fat. That's what accelerates aging in most people.

soft anti agers: HIIT, cardio activity, staying low bf, getting right amount of sun exposure (never burn, never be vit d deficient), vitamins rich nutrition (salads, vegetables, tuna eggs meat liver and milk being the foundation of a good diet), take your sugar from natural sources (fruit and milk), vit A C E serums, AHA BHA, tret is a no, gives you gay skin, no reason to apply tret if you don't have acne.
hard anti agers: STEM cell rejuvenation, red laser therapy

I recommend the normal one without copper and the other stuff as it's easier to add onto your skincare routine without having to plan around trying to mix copper with other products (copper doesn't mix well with most stuff)

Intermetting fasting 6/18. Ideally 4/22. Vegetarian diet. HIIT. Low body fat. No added sugar/wheat and glicated products.
Skin - spf/vit c/tret - because it actually works for crow feet, forehead wrinkles and can also smooth nasolobial folds in some people.
In terms of surgery the best one is probably facelift.

I recommend also ultra sound therapy with red light therapy, you can get devices at home are expensive but worth it on long run

Lets be realistic 99,9% even looksmaxxers wont look 25 at 50.
Clean diet, good sleep and life without stress will give u the most results.

For the ultra sound you need to buy also a Ha gel
The red light device is also good for muscle recovery, has 2 options

I know, but its harder to combine with other products
In what sense? You can’t just cleanse, hydrate and apply serum in the evening?

Matt Bomer has been overdosing on dudasteride for the past 20 years to try to keep his hairline

He lacks the rugged look that comes naturally in your forties, and has a glowy/unnatural look that is a dead giveaway for dudasteride usage. I also think he’s had a bit of work done through red light therapy and different treatments.

Copper has a good amount of stuff it can't be paired with, so depending on your moisturizer you can use while still maintaining the right PH of your face, but i tend to stay away from it as I have mixed skin and use different products around my face which don't work well together. But if it's the only thing you're using then copper does have great beneficial properties for your skin and I do recommend it
