Been taking 45 min naps after the gym. Idk why I just felt drowsy but refreshed after napping. Despite that I’ve still slept around 7-8 hours at night. I think I might be hitting a growth spurt or something
 
I can't take naps, I always get headaches and my t levels drop

It's not mood, there are studies showing that sitting down or laying down for extended periods of time besides actual sleep is bad for your health.
