good plan, but keep microdose to 20 mg max daily if on cycle (GH, test, wtv). i'm doing some GH and i only use 10 mg a day which keeps it oily enough such that it's not dry. i would say generally 5-10 mg a day is ideal in any case

retinoids: only taz and more advanced ones are good, but you need to use them daily and it's harder to deal with irritation for some people. they also take longer to build up in your skin and start having effects + the purge is worse

What was by far the best "solution" uve used for bettering skin quality in general (making it smoother, a bit of a glow, gets rid of blemishes, etc)? Either as a combination or individually

pretty much. i've done PN injections too, the result is okay but if u inject it too deep u will be fucked for two weeks until it gets absorbed. good for redness from acne and volume loss from scarring too

from that list i've done all but like 8 ones i could benefit from. haven't done stuff like like CB-03-01, dut, face lift, phenol peel, hair stuff (cuz i dont need it). i will i do like epithalon which you rate reasonably well on there and it's very underrated

i am hoping to try estradiol cream and oral TXA (which is not in the guide) along with dut if i hop on cycle. also exosomes instead of PN/PDRN to see if they are better

good stack i would add 40-80 mg lycopene daily too as imo BC looks weird without lyco and vice versa. also cialis because it helps prevent potential dick fibrosis from dut. it's actually one of the reasons i haven't taken dut personally, but i will probably start soon

good topicals, you can try vitamin c + e + ferulic acid if you struggle with pigmentation

for texture, subcision if you need it. also PRF/PRP or non HA containing skin boosters/exosomes (either for volume loss from acne scarring). i did both subc and skin booster/prf injections at home, but if you can find a professional who you can actually trust to do it, go to them. KLOW stack (esp KPV/GHK Cu) and GH are also solid for blemishes and texture if you run them long enough, but basic gentle cleanser and light moisturizer will help over time for blemishes. again, vitamin c, e, ferulic acid (like eqqualberry vitamin illuminating serum) will be good for redness and hyperpigmentation. personally, i don't like topicals too much (i would rather inject or take supplements/pharma than apply topicals), only topicals i use are moisturizing things like HA toner and light moisturizer, though i'm slowing reintroducing them. ive also tried taz, it's good for skin texture if you are consistent with it. microneedling is solid but you should wait 2 months between each session minimum, especially above 1.5 mm, or you will fuck your skin up. carotenoids are also good for preserving collagen and improving coloring.

i also started red light therapy recently and i'm liking it so far. i dont go outside much other than going to the gym and back, so it is especially beneficial for me as i dont get much red light. i think on peptides you need something topical to force collagen, so you can maximize everything internally as much as you want but if you dont "force" collagen production you won't see the results you want.

i have yet to try oral TXA for perfectly even skin tone, though I will be starting it next week once it comes.

i only listed stuff i currently use personally and has worked for me. places like reddit will recommend mostly topicals, potentially taz for scarring) and laser for scarring, but these methods are mostly garbage or will take months to get results from (+ you will be putting in thousands for mediocre results if the clinic doesn't do a proper subcision or refuses it entirely, which many will do from my experience)

i already have reddish undertones, and the beta carotene i take is actually a carotenoid blend so it does contain lycopene, i take 5 mg cialis daily and im on test, dick side effects have been non-existent

only reason i use niacinamide is because its a good ph level for adding ghk-cu raws

great then yeah i think you are doing everything right. i forgot to mention that if you do decide to use topical vitamin c down the line, you shouldn't use with with topical ghk cu, which isn't something many people know

Have you used it in your undereyes? Im gonna do it soon so would you recommend it?

Have you tried other injectable skin boosters like ha boosters, exosomes or sculptra? If so how do they compare?

Also buying a centrifuge and a kit for prp and prf looks super tempting, would you say its worth it based of your results? How hard are the logistics?

yes. i did 2.5% PN under my eyes (no HA). i mean my undereyes look better than they did 3 months ago, but i unfortunately cannot comment on the full results. i tried running the b7-33 peptide (relaxin 2 analog) in hopes of reversing any remaining fibrosis i had since DIY subcision is difficult. literally 10 days into it, my undereyes got nuked for some reason and the boost went away idk if it destroyed that collagen and not even chatgpt knows :lul:. though even after the nuke they still looked a lot better than they did before doing anything

i would recommend it honestly as over time it will thicken the skin. i would avoid anything with HA esp if you are DIYing. ima prob do exosomes next month once i decide which brand is best for me

meh PRF is like the best price-wise, but there are a few issues with trying to DIY it. you need a good centrifuge. sure you can just buy some random top tier one then return it, but it requires fairly specific settings. i think 700 - 800 RPM @ 3-4 minutes, so make sure you buy one you can adjust freely or one specifically for PRF/PRP. for PRF you won't get much liquid, but for PRP you need tubes with additives i think but you get a lot more volume to work with. PRF mogs but PRP is probably best for DIY just bc of the sheer volume difference, which i might try next time as i have only done PRF so far. for my acne scarring yeah it helped heal some up and make them less deep, but idrk. though i can tell u its really good for nasolabial folds ive done 2 sessions for folds and the shits basically gone now. like theres obviously still a line, but it is nowhere near was it was 3 months ago.

i mean besides that, the hardest thing is probably drawing your own blood. obviously you need to have the willpower to inject your own vein and also you need a prominent vein or it will be very difficult. to break it down, you need to get a butterfly need, stick it into your vein, then stick the other end into the blood collection tube (do not open the tubes beforehand or you will fuck up the vacuum), then centrifuge the blood and extract the PRF or PRP.

tl;dr it's good if you wanna save money, but i think skin boosters/exosomes/wtv are better for the convenience and if you got money

i like Isntree Yam Root Vegan Milk Cleanser and Beauty of Joseon Red Bean Water Gel (what i use rn). i think any light korean non oil (so milk and water based) cleanser with any light (lightest u can find) moisturizer will work great. i also like Isntree Ultra-Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Toner. it's good to use if right after cleansing and before any actives/serums and moisturizer to "prep" your skin as gay as that sounds

Also did you do multiple sesions after 2-4 weeks for like 3-5 total sessions like recommended with pdrn?

don't got before pics but i wouldn't post on a public thread regardless but i can tell u they are solid, though i got proof of me doing shit like drawing my blood and wtv. again the results are possibly temporary if you do not repeat every 2 months until the skin thickens enough. being on accutane also doesn't help my case as that may have made the skin thinner too, but this is my second time using it and its 100% better than my base while on it and even after discontinuing it for 2 months before i injected anything

Mirin the experience and advise

i did 3 sessions of 2.5% i believe, spaced once every 3-4 weeks. it's because i ran out, but 1 syringe should last you 2 sessions minimum and you should be injecting in droplets

Right now I just have PIE but I used to have a shit ton of awful acne. But now it's almost healed from tazarotene plus a shit ton of other supplements and strict lifestyle. Just a bit of light redness of cheek/nose area. I assume it's gonna be fully healed soon from taz but I was considering hopping on 10mg accutane but chat gpt said tazarotene is better for collagen apparently and accutane is mainly for acne. Sorry if this is a retarded question but should I just stay on the tazarotene or swap to 10mg accutane everyday. What other treatments do u guys think is most effective for just a little post acne redness? I'm chasing that true glass skin which I already almost have after I use a light skin tint thats non comodogenic to cover the redness. Other stuff im doing with taz is 3 grams of vitamin b5 a day (helped my acne alot), vit d (5kiu) and k2 (500), high dose vit a (10kiu), fish oil, zinc 30mg, vit c 2g, copper 2g, 1200mg nac 600mg split. I'm thinking about adding astaxanthin and maybe oral TXA what @bddcoper said. Would this help my PIE also? I use vanicream moisturizer before my skin tint makeup cause i saw that it has no pore clogging ingredients on https://acneclinicnyc.com/pore-clogging-ingredients/. I also get quite alot of dead skin which I just exfoliate whenever I shave every few days. I don't use any cleanser as it usually just makes my skin red and I have improved significantly without it. Does anyone please have some tips for what else I can do? @hej1377 @bddcoper sorry if my question is retarded

Not close to a retarded question

Tazarotene has performed better for collagen in studies, +35%to 65% for accutane and ish usually around 75-90% for Tazarotene from what ive read and cellular turnover as well, his happens since it has an extra mechanism which causes more cellular turnover and its also more selective so it in practise stimulates more retinoid receptors, this makes it better for anti ageing but accutane causes a bigger imflamation decrease since it's able to work deeperninto your skin

So if you still have acne or very inflamed skin go wih accutane

If you dont stick eith taz

Anti oxidants like astantaxin or nac for example wont give you glass skin rn, they are still good as they obviously reduce oxadative stress which fucks your skin long term so its better for anti ageing, so keep taking it but dont expect skin improvments over night

I would say to really get that result, do somehing like microneedling since that gives great results and for optimal results add something like pdrn, prf or preferably laser or similartreatments, like a co2 laser or termage for example

lol i was actually wondering about this myself as i am on 10 mg currently. i get like no irritation from taz so i think you could slowly reintroduce it given your skin isn't dry as fuck from accutane, but daily taz is a no i would say.

i believe oral TXA might be your best one and done solution for redness, especially if you couple it with topicals like vitamin c, e, ferulic acid (need all three. for example eqqualberry vitamin illuminating serum or timeless vitamin c/e/ferulic acid). i still struggle with redness from acne personally, though it is mostly gone now but it flares if im doing stuff that increases my histamine levels like injecting peptides or wtv. antihistamines are an okay solution, but im hopping on oral TXA this week in hopes of fixing both the remaining redness and any darkness under my eyes, which also flares and is only noticeable when im running accutane (it's minor, but it will help in any case).

just read the rest of your post and yes your stack seems good. but don't use pure vitamin a supplements bro they're awful. you need to switch to beta carotene so your body converts only as much vitamin a as it needs. asta is good, many are faked or underdosed, so just buy from a good brand. asta tan isn't very noticeable even on high doses, but i still use it anyway for the other benefits. ECGC 800 mg/day is also good and multivitamin in general if u dont take it already. the stuff u listed will help but u gotta be consistent with it.

tl;dr --> taz EOD on accutane max if u dont got dry peeling skin from accutane (though it's truly not necessary to use both and might be best to just pick one), oral txa + some redness topical (some listed above, but u can also look into other actives), use BC instead of pure vitamin a, get asta but from a reputable brand, and consider adding ecgc to your stack. be wary of your topical stack though especially if you decide to hop on accutane.

my body acne faded after accutane and GHK cu, never used any skincare on my body. my shoulders and back were literally covered with PIE/hyperpigmentation, but it just went away. i believe the reason why i still got some on my face is because i never wear sunscreen, though once i started oral sunscreen (polypodium leucotomos) that seemed to help a bit with the healing

yeah i have the same. interesting. im not saying i use skincare on my body, i meant like in conjuction with skincare for face, and then just tret cream on body, you think theres any theory in that? or just copefuel and better off going on accutane. i can easily get perscription but the side effects are lowkenuinely pretty brutal for what it is

i mean u could many people try but it's simply too much area and too hard to reach and see to do it. i think accutane is ur best choice, the side effects are only bad and it's made out to be much worse because US doctors start you at like 40 mg, so at those high doses above 0.5 mg/kg/day u will see the bad sides including liver issues which is why they require u to get bloodwork. i never went above 20 mg and i was pretty clueless when i ran it the first time and still ended up being fine. just maybe use NAC with each dose. actually im on 10 mg rn and my sclera has never been this white in years, so my liver is doing just fine

Really appreciate the detailed response bro. Oral TXA I can just source from indiamart right? Also are you sure I can pair these topicals like vit c and ferulic acid with tazarotene? I heard from somewhere you shouldn't combine vit c with strong retinoids. I think I decide on just staying on taz but stronger one from indiamart 0.1 percent as I am currently on 0.045 percent from Arazlo. I just need the collagen and skill cell turnover benefits anyways but will cop accutane if I see any more breakouts. I prolly won't do beta carotene cause I want to stay as pale as possible since I'm already a whitemaxxed ethnic jfl and it improved my colouring a lot. Maybe instead of the vit a I can just eat a little bit of liver every now and then. Appreciate the ecgc supplement advice I'll def be adding that.

I prolly won't do beta carotene cause I want to stay as pale as possible since I'm already a whitemaxxed ethnic jfl and it improved my colouring a lot. Maybe instead of the vit a I can just eat a little bit of liver every now and then. Appreciate the ecgc supplement advice I'll def be adding that.
nah don't get it from indiamart. it's more expensive than the source i use and probably not legit. PM me for a legit non indian (first world) source. i mean you can pair them taz and vit c but it's best to just pick one. if you have bad texture, use taz (unless you are using accutane). if your main concern is hyperpigmention, use vit c.

Mirin your skin journey you should make guide for the diy you've tried for skin. I for sure would apricate heavy.
i actually did already, feel free to check it out here: https://looksmax.org/threads/full-d...-important-notes-from-my-own-journey.1738853/

shiny poreless skin within 2 months of 10 mg daily at the cost of slightly dry/chapped lips. less cystic acne. slightly smoother skin if you have existing acne scarring, but only while you are on it (though accutane has been shown to slightly help with scar remodeling)

1. it works just like all other supplements work. the benefits are subtle, but there or you don't notice until you go off. i would say stick with it if you have the money, but if by "nothing" you mean no tan, the tan will also be subtle or potentially nonexistent at lower doses

2. covers up blemishes while protecting your skin. it's makeup, so if you dont plan to wash it off don't get it. also u might get caught with it if you put too much. i take oral sunscreen (polypodium leucotomos), though it's only SPF 7 or so at the standard dose, but it's good enough for my lifestyle and i dont have to wash it off or cleanse my skin twice a day.

3. for injections: at doses below 2 mg, yes. you need to go above 2 mg for a few months to see benefits. it's cheap though so no harm is trying. topical also works but you should be making your own topical solution as the stuff on the market is usually underdosed

tret won't help with scarring, but taz will. both help with PIH/PIE. try taz first for a few months then microneedle whatever remains. quickest solution for PIH/PIE is oral TXA, but it's a rarely talked about solution for multiple reasons (nobody prescribes it anymore) though it will be the quickest one for evening out skin tone

Thanks, should I add some microdose accutane and or dut on top ?

is tretinoin good if you already got good skin but want glass clear skin

I would say because your situation seems moderate work on evening tone first. If you decide to use topicals avoid accutane for now. Dut is different you can use it if you want but it has other side effect you should research it more

Yes but you might purge depending on your history with acne

Has dutasteride improved your skin significantly ? And can you use tret after accutane to substain results ?

What is your stack?

What is the best value mesotheraphy product you've used ?

What is the best peptide that helped your skin quality ? GHK-CU?

Which GHK-CU dosage do you recommend

But you wouldn't wear sunscreen at night though right? And whats the benefit of 2mg GHK-cu

Have you done Accutane

Have not tried dut yet as my libido is fucked for whatever reason though I hope to soon. Yes but don’t use frequently while on or you might make your skin worse

What is your stack?

What is the best value mesotheraphy product you've used ?

What is the best peptide that helped your skin quality ? GHK-CU?

Which GHK-CU dosage do you recommend
Stack is GH, KPV, Ghk cu, ECGC, B5 megadose, bc, lyco, asta, multivitamin, fish oils, collagen peptides (oral), epithalon, red light therapy 20 minutes daily, and for topicals cleanser, moisturizer, and a vitamin c serum

Any 2%+ skin booster without HA. They are alll the same though if you have the money I would go for rejuran

Probably ghk cu yeah or whatever increases GH.

2-3 mg daily with a 2-3 week break after every 2 months

But you wouldn't wear sunscreen at night though right? And whats the benefit of 2mg GHK-cu
I never wear it regardless bc I don’t like sleeping with it on or cleansing at night. I only use oral these days. Benefit of 2 mg ghk cu is better collagen and elastin also less redness and potentially a lower risk of fibrotic bands retethering after subcision

Have you done Accutane
Yes

have not yet tried topical. as you can tell from my previous responses im lazy and try to apply as little topicals as i can, but in my opinion unless you got a cheap source (<$0.25-0.5/mg), it feels kinda wasteful to turn it into a serum. but from my understanding, you can forget about getting results from serums below a 3% concentration. i mean even in studies where they gave participants a topical solution to apply after laser treatment, there was no real difference in results. yes, it has been shown to boost collagen, yes it will help your skin topically, but with topicals you need to be consistent and it's harder to deal with irritation, which is much more difficult than popping a pill and maybe even injecting since u can always just lower the dose in that case.

in my opinion, if there is a systemic version of a skincare product (isotret, txa, ghk cu, etc) its almost always better to use it systemically, especially if you got body acne, given you don't go crazy with the doses because topicals can only penetrate your skin so much and also need longer to build up and have effects. there are some exceptions like HA and some actives ofc

Agree the only topical worth using are retinoids beyond that pretty much every other shit seems cope
isotret is god tier solution tho

i asked the ghk-cu question cuz i have heard mixed opinions about topical vs injectable efficacy as people say when you inject ghk-cu most of it just goes out of your body as waste whereas topically you are atleast able to reap some benefits on the contrary some say injectable is indeed better idk im legit confused on this

I’ve tried both. And can definitely say that injectable was better for me. However I used a shitty tik tok shop topical not one of the high concentration ones so that is likely why

we won't know until enough tiktokcels experiment. both have their flaws though i will say that injected GHK cu is not amazing if you are too conservative with the dose.
