I was at 77 kg while doing Boxing 4 hrs a day and steadily losing weight. Now I've put on 1.3 kg and gone to 78.3 kg after taking a hiatus for 2 weeks. Fuck man looks like I need to keep exercising/increase metabolism to lose weight.
 
Sounds retarded as fuck ngl, just count your calories like a normal person

You're cortisol maxxing from starving yourself and exercising too much, which causes you to become skinny fat. Eat animal fats and your weight will stabilize.

You would be so tired you sleep all day and wake up only to train. Use something to weight your food and most of the times if you are for US, food labels are wrong.

Idiot I said I was previously Boxing 4 hrs a day when I had 2 meals a day.
