So when I look around for jaw surgery ascensions through DJS or BSSO, I don't get how elongating the jaw brings the ramus in front of the ear so it looks more prominent. For example, let me use the age-old 'ugly vs. attractive' pic:
Let's say the lady on the left got a BSSO. Would a CCW be NECESSARY to bring her jaw as forward as it is for the lady on the left so her ramus is just as defined? I really don't seem to get this part of it.
