I got my braces off in February they told me wear retainers full time for 2 months I only did for 1 month and now for 4 months I do nightly but on and off sometimes skip multiple days then then it’s tight my two front teeth have a small gap and teeth are just In a weird sensitive spot what should I do and is it worth wearing retainers or will it cause jaw recession idk if I am getting leaner or my bone is developing but my jaw has been getting better and better daily I’m only 17
