Until I get Bimax done next year I want to cope and hide my subhumanity partly with jaw angle fillers.
Are there any Fillercels here who can say if it looks natural, what filler is best and if it still looked good after a few months?

I'm looking for a subtle augmentation with around 4 - 5mm additional lateral projection directly on top of the jaw angles and maybe along the inward sloped ramus

If you’re careful with money then you’re broke, end of story. If I spend 5k tomorrow I wouldn’t mind, I can literally set it on fire if my AC goes out in winter, that is what being Not broke is.

I never said jaw fillers should be a permanent solution, the end goal is always permanent surgery. Right now I’m doing my research about who to go with and trying to get a better health insurance and other shit I have to sort out before committing on getting invasive jaw surgery.

Use a hard filler with high G. I recommend doing it DIY if you are just doing the angles, it's the easiest place on the face to inject filler. If you want to do the chin or mandible/ramus then go to a specialist because it's more serious. Juvederm is probably going to last the longest as its the highest quality but it's also expensive. You can use a cheap filler with similar properties and it won't last as long but it will be a fraction of the price. I am doing 2ml of mona lisa ultra (korean filler) every few months and it costs me 25 euros each time. You will lose about half of the initial volume after a few days since it's just swelling going down, so don't panic if your results look too extreme straight away.
