When I was younger I used to always sleep on my side and mouth breathe. But recently I've been noticing that the main reason of my asymmetry is because my ramus on my right side is shorter than on my left. Would that be part of the reason of sleeping on my side? Should I sleep on my back? What is the most optimal for development. How can I fix this imbalance?

Theres no real way to truly fix it unless surgery but what u can do is sleep on the weaker side this is the best you can do it also could be masseter muscle imbalance if its that chew on the weaker side more frequently

You can fix by wearing one of the Reviv Mouthguards.
