Jaw clicking (TMJ?)

My fucking jaw is always clicking on the right side when I’m opening my mouth. I also get jaw locks if I’m opening it too much. I would guess it’s tmj but what can I do against it if there even is anything. Is there any danger to it or can I just leave it. Lasting already 2-3 years

It's not curable, and yes, it's normal for a large percentage of people to have this problem
