i agree with you that fillers provide a superior result in the short-term, but I don't see them as a viable long-term solution. They puff you up, can leave lumps beneath your skin and are way more expensive in the long-run. go with a moderate size implant without choosing a retarded size and you should be fineyes more expensive but better deal IMO
only case where i would go for an implant is if i had a super narrow mandible
