In certain lighting you can see my acne scarring. Also I never knew I was going to post it on here when I took the picture, the picture was mainly for me because I looked so subhuman I wanted to have a picture for future reference.

People on this forum doesn’t now more than „normie“ fitness coaches. If you start training you can build muscle and lose fat if you eat right but after your initial gains you have to bulk or cut. If you want as little fat gain as possible bulk 2months then do a mini cut over and over. Gains are slower that way tho

How does that make sense? The part of the muscle that runs under the cheekbone isnt thick enough to push outwards on the cheekbones, widening them. Besides, I dont think it does widen the mandible bone, but it could to cope with the stress

One side of my face has a more projecting and developed cheekbone and coincidentally the masseter on that side of my face is also larger. Just making an observation from that, I don't know if its fact.

I always pretty much always look like I'm retaining water man. It's really difficult for me to lean out. I'm half asian and Asians ALWAYS look round and bloated in the face. It has to do with flatness of the bones, overall soft features, combined with water retention and facial fat. I'm not completely white, I just look like a bloated white person but I'm not.

this time around i self prescribed so i megadosed like 40mg-90mg a day for like 3 weeks until my acne went away, now I just roll 20mg a day to maintain it.
