I barely post here and it's not like I force myself not to and suffer from not posting. Basically all my posts are my own threads too
I just have things I'd rather do like watch a bunch of track and field tiktoks and videos cuz I'm studying and training to become a d1 track athlete
I have the genetics and natural build for running and the long jump. I was the second fastest in my middle school gym class of around 25 ppl in the 400m and I wasn't even racing with technique. I have freakishly long legs compared to my torso (6ft legs with a 4'11" female torso). Shitty high set calf insertions which is ideal for track. Plus West African DNA and I'm low bf
I wonder how fast my potential is now. Must obv be better cuz I was so fast in middle school even tho I was 5'1 - 5'6 and didn't finishing puberty and growing. Now I have more fast twitch muscle fibers and my legs got much longer to improve my track proportions
Once school starts again (it's winter break), I will be doing track practice 4x a week
