Tougher environments breed stronger men
Common theme with these strong men is that they also rely on it. For example Vikings are knowing for pillaging rather than sustaining themselves. So they trade iq for strength, other cultures developed much faster although not didn’t physically but mentally.

I believe genetics are more important, but sure nutrition plays a role. Indians are typically short but often malnourished eating various cheap curries rather than real food. But curries born in the west can often be 5’10 - 6ft range. Many users swear by that

However there are those tribes in African nations that grow very tall despite likely being malnourished.

you really only need 1,500 calories to reach your maximum genetic potential in height, collarbones and face

Probably most curries living in India consume less than 1000 calories tbh

Also curries born in the west or upper class usually measure 5'9-5'10 so genetically they measure the same as the average white man

Truth, even without the Inuit example, I see so many big unit 6’2 Overweight, unfit, slob looking guys in what I assume to be late teens.

Obviously well fed, but I highly doubt their nutrient/macro needs have been met growing up on chicken nuggets, wagon wheels and deep fried slices of white bread.

Edit, would I eat anything know to help growth if I had a another go at puberty, yes I would, but that’s an attempt to cheap genetics, not the same thing.
