Just completed the first day of my diet

I'm only eating 1 meal a day of whatever I want but will keep the calories less than 1000. I weigh 176.0lbs right now. I had an Iced Coffee and Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie from a bakery. Total calories are around 950. I might do some walking later to burn some more calories.

I don't have any muscle to lose lol. I haven't lifted in years so it's gone by now anyway. I'm going to get down to like 8-10 percent bf before I start lifting again. I think that's what people should normally do, like instead of gymcelling when you're fat or skinny fat, just slim down first. You'll look a lot better when you actually start lifting that way.

You have to maintain the muscle eat high protein meals and dont do cardio you can cut caloris to 20% Of what you were eating

You will lose muscle mass, not fat, as you eat very little and no protein. Enjoy bloat, low t, shit feeling and being skinnyfat.

I woke up today at 173.5lbs. It was incredibly hard to sleep or concentrate on anything yesterday. But, I do feel better after waking up.

Yeah, it would. But I lack the willpower to do that, at least at this stage, because I was binging every day before.

you will lose muscle instead of just fat what you need to do is eat primarily protein n workout (not much just enough so ur body has a reason to hold muscle like 100 push-ups a day is enough) and get lots of exercise to burn cals. otherwise you’ll look like beast titan
