I'm only eating 1 meal a day of whatever I want but will keep the calories less than 1000. I weigh 176.0lbs right now. I had an Iced Coffee and Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie from a bakery. Total calories are around 950. I might do some walking later to burn some more calories.
