Tbh you allow yourself to be a punching bag, now you have social prejudice against you even tho you might have changed. I also have this, it gets better over time if you stop being a punching bag.
A great thing also is moving cities, because you reset to zero or even changing to a megapolis where you can do whatever the fuck you want and the next day people wont even remember you exist.

Well, that's how most group chats start in school and college of course, some are even initiated by the teachers to keep in touch with the students, send them courses, announcements, etc., so everyone is invited, but there's no guarantee that other groups would form where the students would talk about private stuff, and you might not be invited there or even aware those exist, and the others will plan parties and have fun before your back, so to speak. Having good social media is crucial here.

Should I just an hero anons ? I feel like its the only option left. My life is a genuine living hell, like I have No Mouth and Must Scream level of shit. Like I basically live in the levels of Chris Chan and Daniel Larson for no reason at all.

What sucks worse is I literally managed to get my shit together around 23-24 and at least had a chance at a normal life again and that mf from the Soviet Union basically redid the lobotomy
