I wanna get custom jaw implants next and then im done forever. Just staying lean (which im not rn, i got kinda fat) and doing well on my professional life.

im actually between a custom jaw implant and a wraparound, what are the differences? i mean i want a basic enhancement like just reinforcement of the structure, not too much. my jaw isn't thaaat bad, it's my maxilla but im not getting bimax. but i can conceal my maxillary deficiencies or at least attenuate them, by making my jaw a bit better and crisper
