Stretching tissue is gonna cause nasolabial folds dumb fuck, where is the skin that was surrounding your lips gonna go if you DO manage to expand your lip tissue? It’s gonna FOLD just like if your maxilla is recessed, you develop folds... You haven’t gotten any folds, because you get placebo fucking retard. Good luck coping

JFL the skin is gonna go to the sides. fucking faggot. For example if you have hollow cheeks and a small mouth the hollow cheeks will be bigger. You then stretch the mouth and it gets wider so your hollow cheeks will be smaller because the skin moves along with the mouth
