simply buy 500 count size 000 pills off Amazon (that come with the little spoon) and potassium chloride from bulk supplements.

Stuff each pill to the brim with potassium chloride powder which will yield around 1200mg potassium per pill. Take it morning, midday, night, for 3600mg total potassium supplemented. Expect another 1000mg from your diet most likely

You’ll be surprised how good this is at debloating, and no you won’t get hyperkalemia

Good idea, although you need potassium citrate for debloating not potassium chloride. Potassium chloride will work somewhat but may also fuck your stomach up.

Or just eat raw foods that naturally have the right ratios of electrolytes to be perma debloated

the chloride ion can cause more irritation to your GI tract than a citrate carrier would, but if you don’t take a ridiculous amount and have it with food and/or a glass of water you’ll be fine

all it takes it is raw eggs, raw milk, raw meat, lil bit of raw fruit.

you'd rather down pounds of powders instead?

I don’t think so, it’s just that if you have the choice between the two, potassium citrate is allegedly superior. Won’t be anything crazy, maybe some heartburn or indigestion

yes, honestly it’s hard to hit 4500mg potassium with those foods

bro i have experience with this subject

don't fall into the trap of pay top dollar to guzzle down pills and powders

eat the proper food and bloat isn't an issue

Wouldn’t say it’s superior, it’s a simple trade off. KCl is slightly more irritation prone but has a higher ratio of K than a citrate carrier. You wouldn’t really notice the difference between the two unless you took a tablespoon like that one guy on this forum
