Any user here make kefir?
I have access to kefir grains and I want to start making it so I can have cheap digestible protein

I used to make kefir with raw milk from local farmers.

It's a mogger drink that will give chad digestion and lower inhibition.

However, fermenting at home can be sometimes a hit or miss situation. It takes quite a bit of time to get a grasp of the process until you start making good and tasty kefir. Keep in mind your grains will have to aclimate to the new enviroment and milk source so expect to have a couple of bad batches.

I now buy my kefir from a farmer's market in bulk since it's more convenient. It costs 2 times more but it saves me a lot of cleaning and prepping time.
