Is going on keto at like tanner stage 3.5 going to affect my bonemass? If it does is there a way to cancel it out?

high protein mogs everything


load up on carbs pre training (cardio, lifting, etc)

otherwise prioritize protein, keto is worthless
 
long-term it could cost you, the extent of that is up for debate
