I am shedding fat, gaining muscle. getting mored ripped, can eat practically as much carbs-free food as I want, and I still have the energy to do my morning cardio everyday
My weekly diet is pretty much:
Red meat, white meat, liver, eggs, greens, peanut butter, coke zero, nuts, black chocolate

How do you cook it? I ate chicken liver once and it was disgusting. Tasted and smelled too bloody/irony.
You need fresh, good quality, uncut beef liver, prep with little oil salt and pepper, throw it in the pan, once it gets some color add a good amount of lemon, some honey and some mustard after that add a littble bit of garlic for taste. Easy quick and tastes like steak

If you have a truly big appetite (which is rare) keto is less effective for those people and they still gotta track

You lose too much muscle on keto. Just go low carb high fat and protein.

Zero sugar means they use other additional sweeteners which are much worse than sugar to your health. But anyways, if you like it, drink it.

low carb with intermittent fasting does lean you out quite nicely :feelsokman: no need for gymcel bulks tbhtbh

CICO always applies. Just because you think you lose fat faster on keto (which is bullshit) doesn't mean it's some magic pill. You just lose water weight because of gylcogen depletion. I looked much worse at 79kg on keto than on 86kg high carb.

legit i lost 21 kgs in under 3 months
Didnt get enough nutrtion but that was my mistake
Plus fasting 2 days in a row every week

Sweeteners aren’t bad at all, they just induce an insulin spike which basically just means you’ll become more hungry than you were before (which normal sugar does too anyway)
