Ketoconazole (nizoral) 200 mg daily for fungal acne,am I going to die???

Anyone who has any info on Ketoconazole 200mg (nizoral) pls give me advice

I've had what i though was regular acne on my chest for years,tried everything
Accutane,retin a,vitamin C,that homeless man from down the roads cum..

Last week it blew up after a gym session

And I had enough,I switched from nizoral shampoo to cream and that had helped tremendously tbh in just 7 days but I'm still going ahead with oral Ketoconazole 200mg daily

As having the fungal acne on my chest prevented from feeling confident last summer even with this physique

If anyone has experience using this drug or could help ,lmk cuz the sides that I've read are fucking comical and usually I don't give a single fuck about any side effect from hard drugs like accutane,fin etc.

Also I take about 20k vitamin D a day,do you think that will stop me from getting gyno

Fin,2years accutane,mega dose vitamin d, Ketoconazole, cabergoline,
I'm looksmax's abused guinea pig

The last dermatologist I went to charged me $250 per visit and didn't know what retin-a was lmao.

No,I only started taking D3 after I stopped melonatan,

Melanotan was great for me,2-3 injections a week with 15-25 minutes sun exposure took me from completely pale to tanned asf,

Would definitely recommend,and with collagen that's long term so I havent noticed and skin damage from the 4 months I used it.

The stuff is amazing for dandruff, I started using it like a year ago and nothing even comes close to working as well. It doesnt affect your testosterone levels except on the scalp, it has no systemic effects unless you take a bunch in a pill

Bro its mostly used in scalp only. It's slightly antiandrogenic so it'll also prevent hairfall to an extent, but won't seriously affect, if at all, your hormone levels.

Yes,that's why most people use nizoral 2% shampoo along with fin/min etc

The shampoo is piss weak compared to oral drug.
