I'm planning to get a jaw surgery, lefort 1 downgrafting in Russia. I live in Georgia but this is a dream of mine to be able to finally smile properly. Surgeons in Georgia suck so I'm traveling to Russia since its cheaper than turkey and i think better.

if you could recommend me surgeon in Russia, I'd be very grateful. I found 2 good ones andreishchev who is responsive and Kurakin who ignored me on instagram but i joined their telegram channel

I have vertical deficiency but only in alveolar process of the maxilla which causes me to have barely any upper teeth show when smiling. I want to be able to smile properly and also talk properly.
Im not doing advancements because I don’t need to advance

you try to not overpay like for raffaini or ramieri? Why you consult with anybody else? Just wanna know your opinion. My case for example just moneywise

You go to Raffiani when you need something highly skilled like a posterior downgraft

Anything else regarding advancement and rotation a decent maxfax should be able to do it - they're tools; you should be the one who plans it ultimately as it's your face - of course in accordance with your surgeon

Well it's out of your hands then

That's why you need to find a surgeon who has good character and will work with you on it

Depending on the level of botch these things are normal - every great active surgeon has a handful of botches throughout their entire career

It's a risk you have to be aware of - so ask yourself are you financially capable of committing to a revision (which is more expensive) straight after surgery?
