If you had to lose 110LBs what supplements and or pharmaceuticals as well as what routine would you follow to do so, and advice is appreciated.

My current situation: I am 18 5"11 formerly 317 Lbs Currently at 267.7(4 Months in), I'm on a dose of Retatrutide at 1.0MG(its nuked my appetite to shit and may go back down to 0.5 im only eating 1k calories a day rn) well as 0.5 DUT daily dosing(Unrelated but may help with skin elasticity), So far its been fantastic and I've never felt better as I've had alot more confidence and got my first DM from a girl from my school, although I've had good progress with my weight my muscle loss has been noticeable and I've probably dropped around 15LB on bench press in 4 months.

Workout Routine Push-Monday Pull-Wednesday Legs-Friday Shoulder Focus-Saturday

rec. You start with something simple like sema. It changed my life for the better. Start slow and really try to abuse the lowest dose possible before going up. I started with .25 sema and had to go to the er. NOW bro I have to run 3 seperate glps more mild suppression. You alr on reta but it can make you hungrier lwky. I would run it soley for the metabolic effects, which are achieved at low doses, which ur alr doihng. I rec you hit the wall running hard with long psmf fasting, try to eat high protein + vegs only for as long as fucking possible before a cheat day. So the 1k cals ur eating should soley be protein.
