Why? He might not afford the right stack now. If he takes aromasin he won't grow but it keeps his growth plates open longer.

1. Hairloss
2. Permanently low estradiol depending on your genes
3. stunting your development if you crash your estrogen completely which won't be beneficial to growth at all (low-normal levels are ideal)

I’d say do it. In 2020 I grew from 5’11.5 to 6’0 and I’m 19, so there is a chance your growth plates aren’t closed yet. Of course it is different for everyone, but do it regardless

i doubt being underweight for a little would stunt your growth but it might have since looking at your parents height they are average for their respective genders so you were supposed to be around 5'8-5'9 as well

I agree I even hyperminimized my aromasin dose at 12 mg every 2 days, still made me shed a lot of hair daily and continued even after I stopped for a while, if op wants to get an extra ~1cm of growth better prepare to pay the price
