Late evening/night gym sessions are the perfect time to train since there isn't anyone to occupy the machines, along side with 400-500mg caffeine inside me, and do an hour worth of cardio.

Then rot on .org afterwards because I can't get any sleep :feelswhy:

Pure slavery, why are you doing that to yourself? Also, caffeine at night is one of the worst things you can do

Crippling social anxiety and I don't like people taking up the machines I want to use. Caffeine helps me get through my workouts otherwise I can't function without a stimulant
