Orbital decompression without removing material from the medial wall, or even a bone graft on the medial wall to allow for even more material to be removed laterally.
Regular orbital decompression reduces IPD by around 2mm, which is catastrophic if you are already ESRcel like me. This laterally biased operation seems to maintain or even slightly increase IPDwhile setting the eyes back simultaneously.
