how do you address recessed lateral orbital rims?

will saddled infraorbital implants fix this issue?

If it's designed that way, yes
will anything else help them? dont some people get those full on mask/goggle implants around the eyes that cover everything?

do people also design supra implants to help them?

Lateral orbitals are just from large cheekbones. They’re really not important. Only supras and infras matter as well as general orbital shape.

any good threads/sources to read more about them? just curious. theres like no info on them.

You could use a suborbital implant to add volume to the eye socket and therefore reduce the appearance of recession.
Another option could be filler injections to fill in the gaps, or a blepharoplasty, which is just removing excess skin from under your eye area.

I don’t think so since everyone here is too lazy and retarded to look at a skull diagram for one second. No one here seems to really acknowledge what they are. Brad Pitt has flat zygos and a good eye area for example.

do u think its worth getting saddled infras so that the upper maxilla doesnt look set back after a high-cut lefort 1 (which advances the paranasal area plus lefort 1 area) and bsso?

Yeah it’ll help balance your overall facial structure.
