I've noticed torso has been increasingly tilted to right side, for a couple of months now, when I'm standing, and walking, despite correct posture, didn't have it before I think,
didn't pay attention at the beginning, I took up daily biking about five months ago, and I recently noticed my posture was kinda bad on it, and probably contributed to the lateral tilt,
aside from fixing bike posture, what can I do to straighten spine and torso?
Should I go to chiropractor? Or buy Inversion table, or gravity boots, and do some stretching?
Thanks.
