How many more civilians will die before we realize the answer is disarm the police?

It's a cultural thing, and it just shows the systemic racism in the police force
For young Latinx and Black men, they see authority as something to be struggled against
So when the police ask them to put up their hands, they become hostile

The police should approach these minorities with more grace and understanding.
Walk up to them and engage them in casual conversation, and then gently and politely ask if they are willing to help the police
Things would go so much better if there weren't so many white cops.

When you watch a lot of these slaughters, it gets more clear
The victims are always asking "What did I do?" and the cops never answer
That leads to the victim getting more agitated as the systemic racism becomes apparent.

If the cops would just tell them up-front what is going on, it would be so much smoother.
